Justin Sparrow is a builder, developer, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in real estate and construction — and deep roots in the community he builds in.
As the founder of J. Sparrow Homes, Justin brings a hands-on approach to every project, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and genuine attention to detail. Before launching his own firm, he was involved in the acquisition, development, and construction of more than two million square feet of mixed-use, residential, and hospitality projects across the DC metro area: including planned residential communities with a regional award-winning homebuilder.
A native Alexandrian, Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Elon University, is a Licensed Class A Builder in Virginia, and has completed advanced coursework in real estate development and construction. He has been a recognized leader in the industry and an active voice in both professional and community organizations throughout his career.
Justin lives in Alexandria with his wife, Mary Kate, and their four boys. Outside of work, they enjoy traveling and giving back through several local non-profit organizations.
